Welcome to our School

The school has safe, spacious and beautifully landscaped playing areas, including ovals, large cola, cubby houses and mud kitchens and playgrounds.

Modern, spacious, bright and comfortable classrooms.

Canteen and Kitchen Garden

New, modern kitchen classroom and canteen is used in our Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program with produce grown from our vegetable garden and fruit tree orchard.

Administration Office

Come and say hello to our friendly office stay, who are here to help and assist you and your children.

Cola

Our sports facilities include undercover basketball and handball courts & two sports ovals.

Playground

Two playgrounds, with one recently installed.

Kitchen garden

Vegetable gardens, greenhouse and fruit tree orchards

Flow-Garden

We have a flow garden water feature which students, staff and our community enjoy immensely.

Cubby Houses

Two cubby houses and mud kitchens.

Playground Fun

We believe in and encourage our students to be creative, collaborative, empathetic, global citizens.

Our school uses modern technology creatively. As we are a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.

We use computer aided design, coding, robotics and our 3D printer to help our students explore the possibilities offered by the newest technological advances.

Learning

Main Arm Upper Public School has a strong commitment to the Literacy and Numeracy skills of our students which are developed across all Key Learning Areas. Our student's progress is carefully monitored through regular assessments. Quality support programs and specialist teaching staff are available to assist children experiencing difficulties with their literacy and numeracy.

Our teaching staff are up to date on current teaching practices.
